Great people, good management, personable attitudes, easy going and a warm place to work. If you do your job and voice your concerns, people listen. If you are a hard worker, people notice. If you need a break, people understand... Even on cold days I do not dread coming to work.

No cons for me personally

No matter if you work hard or don't work at all, they will not fire you.

Management plays favorites and it shows. You're an outcast if you work. If you smoke, whether it is marijuana or cigarettes, you can have all the smoke breaks you want, if you don't, then you are prohibited from leaving your desk. If your kids do not play with managements kids on the weekends, you can kiss any kind of pay raise (2% if you are lucky) goodbye. Anytime something bad happens to the chosen few, excuses make sure no one hears about it, but if you are not a favorite, then you are instantly threatened to be let go and it will go in your permanent file. Good news is they are too lazy to actually do anything, they would rather talk about their manga erotica stories they write when they are supposed to be working.
