Pros
Pretty much every employee is unhappy working here so at least you won't be alone in your misery!
Cons
Too many to write here but I will give you an overview: Extreme & heavily monitored time logging. Solo planning & time forecasting of work based off murky UI requirements, to be completed within strict & inflexible time boxes. Top-down culture of working late into the evenings and always being available. 'No one has a boss' is a recruitment lie - the CEO is your boss, the heavy micro-management type. Stressed and upset employees who constantly fear the next outburst from the CEO, leading to scrum masters who can't push back or protect the dev teams, instead acting as a channel to amplify the pressure coming from the top. Long-term female employee forced out after going part time due to becoming a mother. No internal HR to protect employees from unfair treatment at work. Perks seem to be a smokescreen to disguise the reality of the unpleasantness of working here. Very high turnover rate of devs - being there for a year plus is a rarity.
