    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Rolls-Royce full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Work life balance is excellent, salary is competitive for industry, time off for funerals, doctors etc. as standard. Pension contributions are okay and increase with age. Rolls is a company looking to the future so it's really inspiring to be a part of. Working in so many locations means that there's huge scope for personal growth. Big investment in training and development of people

    Cons

The company could achieve a lot more if all employees were to give their 100%

I worked at Rolls-Royce full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Had a few key people that know what they are doing and keep the company a float. pay was decent. Shifts not bad.

    Cons

Lack of leadership. Too many people don't know their job and work piles up on the people that do know what they are doing. Lots of back biting among coworkers. If you do know what your doing then the others complain to management about you. Others take credit for the work that you do. Too much jealousy (people thinking your going to get promoted or ahead cause problems). Huge Rumor Mill! Hostile work environment all the...

    Advice to Management

The ones that complain the most about coworkers are most likely the real problem. Need to hire more qualified people. Leadership is lacking. The managers are too afraid to nip problems between employees in the bud for fear of some kind of retaliation. Need more retaliation and consequences against the Rumor Mill.
