Pros
Most important thing is keeping the store as clean as possible. From past experience, I have never seen this amount of effort every single day to keep the store spotless and perfect. Every pile of clothes is folded to perfection, every hanger is spaced out evenly, there's a $900 vacuum we use every day... Needless to say it's astounding when it comes to cleanliness.
Cons
Being located in a vacation island that only survives off their summers tends to leave winters empty and brutal. That is the case with every other retail store on the island, some of which close down during the winter season and then open up again for the summer. With limited people actually entering the store, it leaves long hours of nothing to do.
