The people here are just wonderful to work with, and we work well as a team and a family. I feel like I have a voice in what happens in the company, and that's not something you find just anywhere. I enjoy what I do, and I get to help change peoples lives and find them new and exciting opportunities! The Ropellas are more than just great bosses, they're good people, and they really care about us and what's happening in our lives. It's a fun, challenging environment, and iron sharpens iron here.
Also, when we have training, it's useful and valuable information that we can actually implement into what we do, and that makes a big difference!
Cons
Not really a "con" per-say, but it really takes a lot of mental effort to keep up with the fast-paced environment. We have fun, but we work extremely hard, and you need to have a flexible mentality in order to jump smoothly from one thing to the next. It's a demanding workplace, and slacking off will not be tolerated, but the effort you put in certainly pays off!
