Pros
A dynamic and fast growing company that gives you the opportunity to make a big difference in day to day operations. You will be challenged but this gives you the opportunity be involved with and learn a lot about different areas of a project. An excellent team of people that are very experienced in their field. They are dedicated to supporting each other and making you feel part of the team. Communication is very good with weekly whole company updates, this makes it a very open place to work.
Cons
As the company rapidly expands there are the expected growing pains. However, the company is open to new ideas and is moving in the right direction to adapt to the expansion and ensure the correct processes and procedures are in place.

Pros
Some smart hardworking people who are friendly and willing to help each other out for the most part. However most of the best ones don't stick around too long. Interesting tech with a good mission to make offshore energy greener. Operational side of business making big improvements with more structure and planning and leadership. Face paced work lots going on not boring Reasonable benefits (flexible and remote working, healthcare, pension), development and training provided for some.
Cons
Tech side (Vaarst) lacks direction and experience at senior level of developing tech products and bringing them to market. Not enough market research and too much focus on marketing and appearances than building decent and sustainable products. If you dare to show initiative or voice an opinion that is not agreed with by the top then you will be berated, sometimes publicly. Senior management appear powerless to make decisions or even stand up for their teams-there is a lack of trust from the top. Cronyism is common, but this is not unusual for this industry.
