      Canteen food is bad. There are no recreational facilities. Work life will be bad or good based on the team.

      Pros

      It is had a small company charm to it. Work culture is excellent. I loved my boss. Left the company only because I had to move form the country

      Cons

      even though the company is rapidly improving it still has some rough edges. The rustic tendencies are far cry from its British roots
