Pros

Working from home some days.

Cons

Where do I begin? The onboarding process provides little to no training for the skills that actually matter in this job. It’s a cliquey environment with zero morale or job comfortability. It’s a prison. Upper management will whisper to others right in front of you, and you are never given actual feedback unless it comes with an attitude mixed with corporate jargon. The pay is insulting, and you aren’t even given any extra compensation for the weekend shows that we attend for the company. You only get your money back for whatever you spent—and you won’t see that reimbursement for at least a month. Meanwhile, you’re working a 10–12 hour day on your feet and taking time out of your weekend to travel. This company is shady. Their business model is prehistoric, and it shows. They provide terrible customer service to clients because they are understaffed and undertrained. They do not set clear rules or expectations, which sets employees up for failure. There is no growth in this company. The higher-ups make all the money while you are left with scraps. For example, you’re given performance-based “incentives” instead of an actual living wage. Some people there are genuinely nice people—too bad it’s drowned out by all the washed-up boomers with power-hungry egos.

Pros

WFH a few days a week

Cons

Believe all the negative reviews, run!!! Absolutely do not work here! I couldn't of written the previous reviews better myself. First, to be clear, this review is entirely about upper management and the company processes as a whole. The other employees who work here are extremely nice and helpful. One, there is absolutely no training in place for the actual job your supposed to do, "shadowing" and a handbook is all you get. You are expected to know everything after a few weeks without being given adequate time to actually learn the job. You are completely micromanaged and given no positive or constructive feedback. Instead questions are met with attitude and snarky comments. It is indeed a cliquey environment. Upper management will whisper and gossip like a high school girl making it extremely obvious they are talking about you. Their business model is completely outdated, there are no clear processes in place. Instead of focusing on your actual job your answering emails and putting fires out all day long. They do not set clear expectations, which sets employees up for failure. There was never any official performance review or discussion first, instead you are ambushed with HR before ever even having a conversation with management. Completely unprofessional!!
