      - Mostly remote (4 days / week) - Possibility for mobility to meet other team members - International team

      Cons

      - No communication from the direction and between technical and non-technical teams. - Choices made rapidly and without prevention. - Important meetings announced on Fridays to Mondays (So more stress during the weekend for employees). - Direction reacts to problems in the last minute.

      Well-defined goals clearly communicated by management. Great people and a welcoming team environment. Killer product with a very talented team developing it. There is strong sense of community among the teams and for a growing firm it's remarkably well-organized.

      The company is on a great track. Nothing else to say.
