      Pros

      The trainig that you recieve. If you become upset with SLB anyone else in the business will hire you because you have been trained by SLB.

      Cons

      Time off is limited to none. SLB has just enough employees to handle the jobs they have and no more, so when they do take on more work that just means less time off for everyone.
