I had a very positive internship experience at Smapit Media. The team was supportive and always open to guiding interns whenever needed. I got hands-on exposure to real client projects, which helped me understand practical aspects of digital marketing. The work environment was friendly, and there was enough flexibility to explore and learn new skills.

At times, the workload could become slightly overwhelming, especially during tight deadlines. Since it is a growing company, some processes are still evolving, which can occasionally lead to a lack of clear structure in certain tasks.

Got hands-on exposure to real business problems, especially in marketing and growth strategy. Opportunity to work closely with leadership and understand decision-making. Freedom to experiment with ideas and contribute beyond defined roles
