Pros
The Saucon Valley office space is pleasant and was renovated less than 2 years ago. For now, there are still a few decent and talented people working there.
Cons
The culture and expectations are such that working or thinking about work is a required 24/7 activity. Collaboration takes a back seat to blame, recrimination, and litanies of "concerns" from Director level management. Mistakes result in public shaming, ridicule, and sometimes even yelling. You'll receive menacing email diatribes on every possible workplace infraction. These have even included ridiculous things like taking the last cup of coffee without starting a new pot and whistling too loudly in the office. There are clear double standards in place, with one set of rules for those seen favorably by Director level management and another set of rules for those seen unfavorably. Taking vacation days in August is forbidden as this is "peak" season for SRC. SRC has recently been purchased by another firm, and that acquisition has already resulted in some layoffs in Saucon Valley.
