Pros
Awesome benefits package, good group of people once you get to know them. Good opportunities to expand your horizon - both nationally and internationally. Yearly "townhall" talks from the CEO and annual employee surveys allow the employees to have an active role in their livelihood.
Cons
SSOE's company culture is a conservative firm focused on engineering. Period. Admin / support staff: if you're looking for career progression, prepare to wait for someone to retire. Illogical file storage system and lack of innovation toward sustainable design.
