Cons
Terrible health insurance, Poor management. Behind in new process and procedures. 10 years behind industry. Managers have been there too long and have not grown to be top competitors. You have to be apart of the click to succeed. Managers are not open to anything different that could jeopardize there job unless it was there idea. Hostile work environment.
