There is only one reason to join Sterlite which is the salary
Cons
1. HR should inform about the work culture(Client based or in-house) when joining. 2. Change entity(moved to sister concern company) without any concern for employees and increase the resignation period, which is unethical and employees can not leave because they sign the bond with a joining bonus. 3. In customer based should hire a manager who can support our internal team, not the client. 4. As the company has a "Best place to work" certificate, hire management should take employee feedback to understand the employee's issues. but no one care about the employee's issue in this scenario. 5. Management need to understand that we are hired as an employee, not as slaves to the client. there is no such kind of discussion or decision in the project in the employee's favor. 6. I never recommend joining Sterlite if you hire for a customer service entity.
