Pros
Honestly some of the best people I have ever worked with. The pay is good. The benefits are good. They do remote right. Product is growing an becoming more robust.
Cons
Product development focus needs to be placed on what is important to customers. Reporting capabilities are poor so showing value to customers is next to impossible. Nothing an injection of money and resources couldnt fix.
