      You have the opportunity to grow at the work level, they give you the tools and help necessary to achieve your goals, it is a very good place to work.

      Cons

      Most people don't like to work on weekends, but it's what is expected by working in a place that never closes its doors

      Pros

      I do like working here. The staff treats each other very well.

      Cons

      It's a catholic system so insurance doesn't cover most female healthcare and doesn't cover pills. PTO and sick days are pooled together. It's a point system. 2 points per call out. 12 points is 1st write up, 16 is 2nd write up. 20 is fired. Pretty much only get 3 sick days a year if you don't want write ups. PTO longer than 1 week never gets approved.
