    Pros

    Great to work in an exciting and fast paced environment. Teams are full of talented individuals and the company supports your career aspirations and development. Alot of authomy given over role and decisions.

    Cons

    As the company continues to grow, it runs the risk of becoming too operationally matrixed and too corporate in culture.

    Stay true the Ohana culture roots and you will bring out the best in your teams

    Salesforce is a destination company and there are few places where you will find so many truly interesting and gifted people in one firm. There is a real effort to continue to promote the company's values, including trust and equality.
