Want a store with no training??? Sure! Here! - Store Manager Sally Beauty Employee Review

This company is going through some serious changes, and not in a good way. Not only did they force out all of the old managers who had been here for 10+ years, they poorly trained their replacements and then got mad at them for not performing. They bombard you with information and tasks daily, every hour through out the day. Expect it to be done that second, while you're finishing previous tasks, and helping customers. They have unreal expectations and couldn’t care about their employees. Several of my acquaintances found out I took the job with Sally, and warned me a little too late. All in all, stay far away from this company for employment.
