5yLook like this is complete fake review, as you said that you take leaves due to "mother’s health" & it's granted It's a good gesture, and you also expecting more leaves for something you planned.
This organisation has always prioritised employees above all & created friendly policies. More than 27+ people have completed their 5 year's of journey & are still associated to make it a longer journey. As far as leave policies are concerned, those are explained before joining so avoid any confusion & clashes in future. We believe in transparency with our employees and our clients as they are the ones who made Sarv.
