      The job is straightforward and simple compared to other retail jobs

      Cons

      Some very early shifts when there are deliveries, Timetables are flexible so means you will never be working the same days week on week.

        Pros

        Great atmosphere within stores. Never a dull moment. Good opportunity to progress and meet new people.

        Cons

        Salary for low level management is quite poor compared to competitors. Bonus doesnt filter all the way down therefore lack of motivation to meet certain KPI's.

          Staff can be great, pay is slightly above minimum wage

          Poor management, hiring friends, face fitting culture wether staff can do the job or not. Poor work life balance.

She mentioned she'd shoot me an email with all the interview details, but so far, my inbox is empty.
