Some unavoidable, personnel hold "concrete" positions that possibly provide an acceptance to display; entitled attitudes and lack basic, humanitarian emotions including average social skills. If you're in a department short staffed- you can't take any time off as the same of one other person. So, get them days in WAY early when you get sick and good luck taking an earned holiday day or vacation. Plus, good luck finding someone for coverage that knows how to perform your duties- Correctly. Don't let your kid get sick or have any emergency, have an accident, be a minute or 2 tardy. OR have to poop and need 15 min, instead of 10 min. Ohhh no. no. no.
