Nurturing and caring environment. Commitment from management to improve service and listen to the staff that are supporting the children. Fantastic facilities Commitment to improving salaries and this has been well received. We are not in the job for the money and more so to improve outcomes for our children however the organisation recognises commitment and hard work from the staff and always looking at ways to develop further and to show appreciation for staff. Everyone goes over and above to support all our children and young adults and all care that is given is person centred and individual to the different needs of all children and young adults accessing the service.
Cons
Parking could be better however it is expected for such a big site.
