I joined as trainee business executive. At joining time already informed to HR regarding my leave for final year project presentation in college. It was on Monday so I informed orally on Friday and via email on Sunday. But she did not inform to owner regarding my leave (I got the news after my termination). When I came back on Tuesday she said me you are fired just because of uninformed leave and misbehaving. How they can judge person in 9 days. At joining time company took 3month salary cheque for security and bond purposes. But there is not a security if they fired you also they did not pay last month salary also. So She said me "we fired you but if you want your deposit cheque return then you have to submit resignation." forcefully they had submitted resignation. Other cons. 1. 10 hours working hours. 2. Frequently change HR policies. 3. I heard from many employees regarding delayed in increment more than 3 months and does not pay difference also. 4. Fired any time with out any reason. 5. Very bad management. owner's father managing everything. 6. No office boy. Seashore Tech, Seashore Partner both are the same company.

Employee's basic need they did not provide. 1. No hygiene maintained in office. 2. cockroach crawl in pentry area, coffee machine and water dispenser. Company don't have microwave oven and refrigerator now a day it's very basic need. 3. Company working only on single broadband internet connection. They don't have leased line or backup internet connection. Penny pinching mind management 4. Company management is very very poor. No one is responsible person in the office even HR also, because owner is leaving in USA. 5. HR's management and English both terrific bad. 6. Old employees still did not receive proper documents. Even new join employees got offer letter after joining of 10 days. 7. They don't have projects also, they have 2 to 3 projects only. 8. Most of the employees got increment delay and company did not pay arrears also and gave silly reasons like company don't have many projects or client did not pay invoice of your work. 9. Company working on HIRE AND FIRE policy. 10. 10 Hours work schedule. I left the company in few days. I did not survive there. join at your own risk.
