      Pros

      None... Pay is okay but company doesn't give you hours. They also give you a sheet to fill out request shift but don't even come close to your top 2.

      Cons

      They send you to take a physical & psych evaluation which cost the company about $600. Couple days before training they make you sign all these paperwork and the process is already done so no turning back. If you don't continue for six months you would have to pay the company $600 or whatever he remains because they deduct 50 from your check. Paperwork should be given before anything and also info about this cost.

      Pros

      I have no complaints about my time at Security Walls. Although my manager had some grumpy days, I never experienced my colleagues not working with me while I went through things in my life.

      Cons

      I got called a dumb*ss when I was doing some admittedly dumb things.

      Teamwork shows the care of the company.

      Cons

      Staff shortage on weekends adds allot of overtime. Raises wasn't every year.
