    Hours booking is fastest finger first but can usually still get the shifts you want.

    Pros

    Flexible hours Great sense of community in Livedesk Great communication from management and HR alike

    Cons

    A lot of client app issues (not by the fault of Sensee) Shifts are first click first served but usually always get what you want Not a lot of permanent jobs available for those on temporary contracts
