Not great - School Bus Operator Sheppard Bus Service Employee Review

Where do I start? Not enough pay or hours. They say you'll be able to pick up a bunch of extra trips to make up for all the time off during the school year, but that's a lie. Very unorganized. I didn't receive my bus until the first day of school 10 minutes before I had to leave for my route in the morning. Busses don't have heat so you and your students are absolutely freezing. You don't make enough money to only work here, but the schedule takes up your whole day so you don't have time to work another job either, so good luck paying your bills every month. Oh and when you decide to leave because you literally can't afford to work there anymore, they'll slap you with a $5k bill from the CDL school. Don't recommend.
