Pros
I have loved working at ShoreTel for almost 3 years, but not any more. Used to attract really quality people, but much harder to attract top talent now. Pay well.
Cons
They drove us to the point of near exhaustion and spread us too thin, and as a result the product is a mess, partners don't want to sell it, sales isn't engaged, and now people are exhausted and leaving or phoning it in. Then the company slammed on the breaks with this "Strategic Committee" and now folks are totally disengaged. Also, you will NEVER get promoted here.
