It’s a minimum wage job. No benefits - not even their scheduling

Management SUCKS at the regional level They tho k they own your personal time and expect you to be on call. I DONT WORK ON CALL - I don’t get paid for being at your beck and call like doctors and nurses, so organize your budget and schedule and stop exploiting employees. There is no morale, tram work is trash bc you hire and allow petty employee behavior. Employee ageism discrimination You will get “punished” and constantly be called out as if they’re trying to embarrass you not being available to their whims and lack of organization.

Flexible scheduling, small employee discount, provided snacks and drinks in the break room

Cons

Part time employees are often only scheduled one shift a week despite being available for more. Shifts are short, so this means you might only get 5 hours per week. Often, I'd only have up to 20 hours per week at most. Coworkers frequently call out, and despite not scheduling their employees much, the store isn't staffed enough.
