Pros

- Good location - Talented development team - Good salary, depending on your role

Cons

- Owner of the company is extremely manipulative and inconsistent. The more the company grows, the worse it gets. - Touts a flexible schedule, but it's not true. You must clock in / clock out using a digital timeclock for work shifts and lunch breaks. Boss does not trust employees. - Work from home is only extended to some employees. - No consistency in the company policies. - Extremely toxic and negative work environment. Employee collaboration is essentially frowned upon. Boss just wants people to come in, do their jobs and keep their heads down. - Lots of micromanaging. - Boss holds grudges. If you make a mistake, it will be held against you later.

Pros

The best company I’ve worked for in a long while. Small but big enough to have good SOP’s in place. Product is one of the best in the industry. Pricing is incredibly fair. Leadership is great. The entire team feels connected. Sierra operates very well remotely and you feel very connected to the company vision and culture.

Cons

I personally have no complaints. Obviously a review with no cons may seem biased, but I reserve cons for true complaints with no interest from the company to alleviate them. Sierra is very collaborative and approaches problems with effort and solutions.
