Pros
One of the first companies to adopt remote working. Was very radical in terms of policy making which used to be pro employees be it leaves, assets, or comp.
Cons
Since the new HR leadership things have gone really bad. Policies and benefits with lots of T&C. Almost feels like a robot is churning them out from the other side with zero empathy. Most are Draconian at best. More and more employees are losing faith in leadership and management. Trust has been completely eroded.
