Pros
Simplus possesses a very good culture. They care about the people, their self-improvements and they always want you to learn new things by conducting pieces of training and preparations. It helps me become ready for future projects. Simplus has a healthy environment which also contributes to employee's productivity and values.
Cons
Simplus is still a growing company and there are always adjustments so I don't treat them as downsides. Simplus improves each day and I am proud of being a part of it while it continuously grows. Management always put action on things when needed and hearing employees' voices, which you won't always find in other places.
