Pros
Most of the people are friendly and the offices are nice Great stepping stone for somebody going into recruitment before going somewhere better.
Cons
Bonus's aren't paid to staff and the environment is very KPI driven environment. Most people won't stay longer than 1-2 years. They hire inexperienced consultants, pay them little and get them to pump out cold calls.
