I have spent more than 1 year. It has been a great ride until now. * An amazing place to upskill yourself as you will be bombarded with new challenges everyday. * A great product which genuinely creates value for customers. * A team which celebrates your successes and always there for you when you are in need of something. * A flat hierarchy where anyone can raise a concern or give feedback. * Friday’s Show-N-Tell can attest to the fact that a healthy culture is not built on the premises of Foosball, ping-pong tables or free-food rather its the collaboration, open communication among team members and genuine trust for each other which is the deciding factor in a long-run. * Founders are very supportive. They care for you as much they care for the product. * A great future for the product considering the vision of founders and available opportunity for the product.
Cons
Sometimes things can move in an unorganized manner. But, it's expected as it has been ~3 years for Slintel and to ask for a perfect process is kind of too much to ask for.
