The company is forward thinking and has grown a lot during my time here. Everyone is committed to succeeding and is pushing the company in the right direction. There are plenty of progression available for those who are willing and able.

Smart could do with more benefit schemes to help improve retention of good staff as well as recruitment. There are very few benefits of working for smart, improvements could be made as a decent pay check and your birthday off are quite basic and do not set them apart from competitors to entice good employees to stay or new ones to join.

you get to leave the building at 3pm for beers and if the site burns down you can blame it on the engineers for being lazy
