** Ability to build everywhere (teams, processes, product, etc.) ** Pervasive values (smart, kind, creative) ** Significant focus on employee experience (much more than most companies) ** Incredible opportunity to join a "hockey stick" company (about to go through hyper growth!)
Cons
** High level of ambiguity and high level of speed. This is not for everyone (i.e. if you are looking for full stability and low amount of ambiguity don't come here :)) ** We are a fast growing company that traditionally has gone lean on headcount investment (which in one end is great as you all will have huge jobs very quickly, but on the other end you are going to be joining a place where we are hiring a lot of roles to cover for existing workload and it's going to take some time to catch up)
