      I worked at La Mesa site for three month, for me it was 8 hours job, 8 hours full of stress, Stress from the uper management.

      Cons

      If you are an IT please don't apply to this company, they offer you NO tools, No resource, no training, on top of that micro management!!

      SOME of the managers are great, good hours you leave early if no client. SOME people are nice

      Cons

      Managers don’t care if other salesman steal your client, lack of respect, managers not on same page in terms of ideologies and who’s in charge.
