    Pros

You get A LOT of experience working for Sodexo. It's a good place to kickstart a career. In my experience, marketing is one of those roles that gets to learn a little of everything - traditional marketing, business, financials, operations - so in that aspect it's really great. It's also a company that has a ton of segments and opportunities for lateral and vertical moves. It's great if you are thinking about moving (Sodexo is everywhere) and if you want to branch out and experience different types of industries, like health or schools, while remaining loyal to one company.

    Cons

Bottom line: their salaries are not on par with industry standards for marketers. If you want to make a lot of $ you need to leave and come back in at a higher level. Overtime is also part of company culture and is expected. It doesn't matter if you make OT or not. If you're some sort of manager it is fully expected. A lot of people burn out fast. High turnover makes the job difficult for those who manage to stick around.
