Pros
Interesting field with challenges that make the work interesting too. The employee/owners were wonderful. Management has experts in the field and reasonable expectations for development timelines. The sales team never promised something we couldn't deliver. Very little overhead so developers can focus on work.
Cons
The company is small and at the time had to outsource some work.
