- Great Work culture - Good Work Life balance - Everything flows from top whether bad or good. The CEO is highly Loveable and Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in the team. - Best of talented colleagues - Flexible working hours - Work and Fun go hand in hand - No pressure. So complete focus is on your work. - Just an awesome place and an excellent step in my career

Pros

The firm is well positioned and has tremendous potential to expand into additional regulated industries. Excellent work/life balance and opportunities for advancement. Very happy with my choice to leave an established investment bank to join a forward thinking firm. The company puts great faith and trust in its people -- it is really on the individual person to properly manage their own schedule, deliverables, and expectations. It's my pleasure working for Softec Solutions Inc.
