      Pros

      Peaceful, human focused, and good work-life balanced workplace. The humanity and worker happiness orientedness is felt from top management. It pays net salary. It gives 20 workdays of paid time off. HR enforce to take vacation at least 2 weeks in concatenation which is good for peaple to fully relax. Allows to work from remote.

      The salary rate is a little bit lower.

      Due to a lot of mid and big level project, you can improve your job skills. Flexible working hours and conditions. Oppurtunity of 100% remote working
