Pros

Company was competitive to most industry competition; from benefits to compensation. Plenty of events sponsored by the organization for employees to take advantage of.

Cons

Company lacked direction after being acquired. Plenty of C-level executives were made disposable- the company was not able to be transparent with employees about projections.

Pros

- Strong pay compared ot the rest of the industry - Flexible hybrid setup - Unlimited PTO you can actually use

Cons

- History and culture of layoffs, reorganization, firings, and quiet exits from the company. - Late to implement AI into its workflows and approach to the market - Heavy acquisitions when other parts of the business are being completely cut - Cold approach from leadership. - Poor company performance compared to expectations leads to budget cuts, layoffs, and belt-tightening. - Little opportunity for training or growth that costs money.
