When company goes down they downsize everything

This used to be a great company. Yes, it had its problems but it was still a decent place to work. Not anymore.

Ever since the company was bought by CrowdOut, it has gone way downhill. There were multiple RIFs and no communication between the ever-changing management and the rest of us under-paid peasants. The CEO is more focused on his other company, so he’s basically nonexistent. There is no corporate strategy or structure. I don’t recognize the company anymore. We were a thriving digital company, but now we are going backwards, going back to manual processes and a traditional business model.
