Pros

Really friendly and supportive team. Beautiful product to work with. Keeps an inclusive and understanding approach towards staff. Big enough with around 60 staff, but no so big to feel very corporate. Fantastic new offices. Great perks, chair massages, discounts etc.

Cons

Low paid sick leave. Can often feel very busy due to the agile nature of the business and ambitious targets. Often feels like there is more staff needed in certain depts. Could be more transparent around pay scales. Some lack of awareness from Senior staff around challenges for staff lower down in the hierarchy. A lot of meetings.
