- Boring tasks that seem to remain the same again and again - Exciting Space projects yes, but you don't really see what's the purpose of your work - Salary package far below the average in the engineering field - "ugly and fast" code policy. No one cares about design patterns oŕ dynamic conception. It has to compile as fast as possible, even by breaking programming paradigms. So maintenance often becomes a nightmare.
