Pros
nice work with a lot of variety, because you can plan the days yourself, you have enough time to live your private life with a good salary. during the day you are usually free, you only work at the end of the afternoon and the evening until 09 in the evening. And if you want to work extra once, that's no problem at all. Because of the close contact with the team, you have a nice work experience and a lot of fun when you go to work.
Cons
The only drawback is that if you have a party planned at the weekend but you have to work you can sometimes expect to finish a little later but that's not a problem because you still have a large part of the evening and certainly the night ahead of you...
