Spinnaker support is a great company with great people that all really care about our customers. I am newer to the organization and continue to be blown away by the great people and culture.

I have not yet seen any.

I love that approvals to come up with a proposal for customer is quick and easy. Contents are all stored and published internally, you just need to find it. I especially love the quality of service that we offer.

My customers require vendor accreditation, this is quite challenging. Also, some approvers or support are in a different time zone, but it is workable. During my first month, it was quite challenging because there was no Buddy who can help me, but I have adapted now and Barbara was a big help. The allowance for WFH cost like mobile phone, internet, power, could use a bit of increase.
