Some cool perks: strawberry & peaches given free in season, company sponsored Christmas dinner & free turkeys. No limit on sick time if salaried. Very good health insurance.
Cons
A lot of clicks. Snobby. Not welcoming if you don’t come from the textile industry. VERY resistant to changing the way things get done . “ Good, old boy” mentality. Some high ranking managers/ COO have favorites and protect them without question .
