From the start, the company was disorganized. There was barely any on-boarding process, essentially no training, and there was little consistency in the work we were given. Then we were informed our positions were being eliminated as the company reassesses how they run things... I frequently felt that they were doing things for the first time and not really sure of what worked and what didn't.
