Pros
Very talented and driven team with fair and supportive leaders - they prepare their contractors thoroughly and want the best for their employees and their customers. They hold themselves to high standards of work ethics and are humble and quick to fix their mistakes so their quality of work really stands out! It was very motivating for me to work alongside of this group of colleagues.
Cons
Not a con - just a word of caution - if you want an easy job where you can pretend to be busy (but end up surfing the internet all day), this is not for you. You will be surrounded by people who are hardworking and honest and even though everyone is different and has their own ways of onboarding/ramping up, and everyone gets stuck somewhere sometime, a lack of effort/finger pointing and lame-shifting attitude will very quickly become obvious and probably won't last very long.
